Ornate Italian letter opener

Nice ornately decorated letter opener, stamped Italy. Appears to be made of cast metal, not sure of the type. Has a great look with vines wrapping the handle and a prominent figure at the top, what looks like an athlete or gladiator. Definitely has been used but is still in good shape, some expected wear to the blade. Please ask any questions before buying. I will combine shipping on multiple purchases.
